Politique de remboursement
You can get a refund, within 30 days of purchase, for all products sold on the online store. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youâll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return:
1. Send an email to support@mainandlocal.pro with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once agreed upon, please print out the email authorizing the return.
3. Ship the item back with a printed copy of the authorization email.Â
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send photos to support@mainandlocal.pro and we will cover all the shipping costs and replace your order as a top priority.Â
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items / Final Sales
All items on sale are final. All items that are no longer available online at the time of the return cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you're not fully happy with your order, or the size is too small or too big, we will be happy to issue an Exchange. The same rules apply as with with our Return Policy.
Refunds
Once we receive your package and confirm that it is in the original, undamaged condition, we will refund you and/or issue store credit within seven (7) business days. We will email you when this transaction has taken place.Â
